Hi there Buhn... You need to takee the mushroom-y. They are supposed to be really good for the immune system. I think Caela is growing them up in Northern Wisconsin this summer. She and her two fella's (big and small)are camping for the summer and harvesting a big garden for you. Thinking of you. Hope you have a lovely time up at Kelly and Charles' ranch.
